Our AGM was held on Tuesday 19th January and our Burns Supper, at the UKCA Club on Thursday 28th January, photos and accounts of both these occasions can be  found later in the site. It was lovely to see many old friends, and new faces too, at these events and I hope their support continues.

We have several things planned for the near future, partly to raise funds for activities later in the season, and partly to have fun!  I hope to see you there.

St Andrew Society of Paphos

We are now a month into the New Year and we have high hopes that this will be a successful and enjoyable year for the Society.

Our new venue at the Latin Parish Hall on Coral Bay Road is working well, it isn’t ’fancy’ but it is conveniently sited and the facilities are very suitable for us; numbers of dancers are holding up well. An experimental 5:30p.m. beginners ‘class’ is starting, to precede the main Tuesday evening dancing session and I hope it will be well supported. There is always room for more dancers, beginners through to experts are very welcome and you don’t need to bring a partner to join in.
